Citizens in Charge Foundation

Brandon W. Holmes is the Grassroots Director for the Citizens In Charge Foundation, an organization dedicated to expanding and protecting citizens’ initiative and referendum rights. Holmes’ responsibilities include working side-by-side with state-based activists, organizations and opinion leaders to protect and expand initiative & referendum rights.

Brandon has experience in grassroots organizing and communication from both private industry and non-profit work, having previously served with the Leadership Institute and grassroots consulting firm Direct Impact.

Holmes earned his B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, WV, where he graduated with Distinction and was inducted into Phi Sigma Tau. Originally from West Virginia, he now resides with his family in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC.
